Delay in Biometrics Instruction Letter

Hi, I applied online and on 25th July, 2019. It has been 7 days and I have not yet received my biometrics instruction letter. The problem is that 3rd September is my course starting date. Kindly share some insights on this. Thnx

The same is happening with many other students....i emailed the high commission but no reply and also to the ircc but no reply. I have no idea what to do
