I appeared for ielts via British council in may but scored 5.5 in writing.So in order to minimize risk i applied for reevaluation and appeared for another exam via idp in June and did pretty well but my result was withheld and was investigated and was finally cancelled without banning me from ielts and was told the report has been sent to ielts test partners and nominated authorities. I also received my reevaluated result few days before the cancellation of 2nd exam and my scores were increased to 6.5. Now I'm confused if i apply for visa on my 1st exam result will it be rejected cause they have sent a report of 2nd exam to visa authorities.

As far as i know they do not send test results to visa authorities. They might have sent it to the organization you selected while creating your profile for IELTS registartion. You can submit any result for your visa application and attach your marksheet along for proof
So should i apply with my 1st result.If by chance ielts send them my report then will it effect my visa application?
