What number do you called? I called them on 1 613 944 4000, agent said they don't have any details related to immigration.

call this number and keep on pressing/selecting 1, they'll say your call will now be disconnected but don't hang up and it will be transferred to IRCC. Then follow the prompts, put in your application details. The automated voice message in the end will say they can not find your application and then press 0 to talk to agent.

What is the average time between COPR approval and FedEx (courier) return tracker activation? I am little panic now.

My COPR got approved on July’19th , but my return tracker sill not activated. I live in US, and my travel coming soon. I try to call 613-944-4000, but this is not the right number anymore for Immigration matters.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Shouldn't be this long, most I've seen is a week. I think that number still holds, Andy gave the method to reach out to them in post #350. Why don't you give that a shot!

Update:

AOR 29.5.2019
PPR 15.7.2019
Copy of passport sent to CPC Ottawa: 26.7.2019
Copy of passport received by CPC Ottawa: 29.7.2019
Application Approved: Approxemly 6-7-8.8.2019 (Agent didn't get any update nor did I and nothing on the online file).
Called CIC today at 12:00 PM Toronto time to ask if they received my package - they said they have no note about receiving a package BUT they can see that my COPR got delivred to Canada Post at 10:30 today.
Return Tracker Activated: 8.8.2019 18:50 PM
