Seems strange they're taking Eligibility - Met cases just as long as Eligibility - Review Required cases Might as well just mark it as Review Required

Your April and well under 6 months so you have nothing to worry. Most likely they will pick your case again when it approaches 6 months.

Unfortunately for me on the other hand I am approaching 10 months. No idea at all why I am stuck here. I am waiting even longer than some Review Required people

My only RR is the Client Info (which some say relates to the LOE that I attached). My file is not that complicated. I don't know why it's been held up for so long. Waiting for 9 mos and counting..

Hey Guys,

Just got off a call with an IRCC agent. My status is still the same as of Sept 5th 2019.

Eligibility // assessed and it is met (could some one please clarify about this "met" or "passed" thing. I didn't ask her if it is the final status. I've gone through this form about met and passed differences. Apart from that, I don't know what to make out of it)
Criminality // passed
Security // hasn't started. not really sure what triggers this
Medicals valid till Jan 2020 // She said it is up to the officer ( re-med or extension)

I have ordered GCMS notes and got the 90 day delay response...

My Aor is 28 June 2019

My BGC status was “ we are processing your background check “ since medicals (July 26)

On 15 November, after 4.5 months I got a ghost update and my BGC status changed to “ your application in progress “

My VO is Ottawa

What does it mean?

Some are saying it means Eligibility is met , some are saying RR.

please shed some light on this.

my application is being processed in Sydney, and the officer said my current status is:
Criminality Valid
Eligibility VALID
Security not initiated

(What does Valid means? is it the same as Met or Passed ????
