Hey guys, below is my job history:

JOB A: July 2014 to July 2015 (Primary NOC)
JOB B: Feb 2018 to June 2018 Skilled
JOB C: July 2018 to April 2019 Skilled

In between I was doing masters and studies hence the gap. However I was also doing freelance work for one of my US client remotely. My question is can I claim that as a part time hours if it was skilled like Data Analysis, etc.? What would be the best way to go about this.

I'm short of about 10 months to claim 3 years work experience, so wondering if I can claim these freelancing works before I start my new job in few weeks time.

Would really appreciate your help.

Yes you can ;
You just need to get a letter from your client on their letter head that you worked for
Salary, hours, 70 percent of the NoC duties as per the NoC chosen and client contact information.

Make sure you have atleast 1 year continuous experience to get eligible in Express entry.
If you have 1 year continuous ,remaining can be cummulative

Yes as you can see above I have one year of continuous work experience. Can I still claim if I haven't registered a company for freelancing? As I was getting money straight to my account via Bank Transfer or PayPal and Freelancing Websites.

Even if you are getting money from the website , you need to get a reference letter from the clients you worked for .

This is kind of a remote work ,which is valid.
If you manage to get letter ,than registeration is of no use.You might be paying tax on that money as it is not in cash rather received in the bank itself

If yes, that is legit .No problem at all.

Then you are good to go.
Just make sure that the duties in the chosen NoC matches at least 70 percent and must not be copy paste .

Hi all,

I work as consultant/freelance for a single company. I will be submitting the reference letter from this company which will include salary, hours, duties etc

But please suggest what I need to fill in the EE form?
Employer/company name
And checkbox says 'self-employed'
