Hello everyone! I handed in a citizenship application to the Calgary in 2017 in July and had a test in November 2017. Then I called for the ceremony to tell me they would call me in 2 months but from the day I passed the test, but for almost 2 years I have not received a call letter for the ceremony. Does anyone have a similar experience or know how to solve this problem? Thanks

You should immediately hire a lawyer and file the mandamus application in federal court.

Plus order for GCMS notes. That will make them dig up your file in case it was forgotten by somebody.
Did you call CIC to inquire about why is that so?
Also take appointment from local MP to inquire about the status?
You can also go the mandamus application path but it will cost you money.

I did ask MP to send to canada imigration E mail and answer was case is in process no more detals

Yes get a lawyer . I personally think that it is some kind of error on there behalf . They may have missed your file for some reason , probably negligence.
