Hope this time you can manage a little bit time to answer my question.
After 9 months of waiting for the RR put by a stupid agent, it cleared finally. it was done on 21st May 2019 then on that day security initiated. To be confirmed i emailed Ralph Goodale also, he said the same. It's been 75 days since my security started but yet i receive PPR. Am i under comprehensive Security Screening?? I would be delighted if i am under SS after RR.
However, my spouse passport has only 8 months validity and now i am in a dilemma. Should i renew her passport before receiving the PPR or wait? My subconscious mind saying me that it will take more time to approve my application because of SS. I am so unfortunate brother........

You can renew the passport. There is no issue in that. Whenever PPR comes you can send the new passport.

Hey guys, I finally received the golden email on August 2nd. AOR is August 12th, 2018, so it took pretty much a year.

I had some problems along the road, like forgetting to attach a letter of employment for one of my jobs. So, I got my ex boss to write me a letter of employment and submitted it on March 2019 via the webforum. Don't lose hope guys! Best of luck to everyone

Remedical request received today.

It means that Eligibility is met.
In a few days after you pass the new medicals, you will get PPR.
At least that was my case.

Just got on a call with a CIC agent, She was humble & sweet and said that, I will contact the CIO right now and ask them why is your application being delayed, it's just has been caught up just for a simple review. She said and I quote ' I am gonna raise a flag for it' is it even possible that they can help, really worried almost a year and all our hopes are dead (( of we don't hear anything this week then Canada is over!!!! For real!!!

Ya, u r right. Just called CIC and they said, everything passed. They are waiting for medical report to extend validity.

Hey, I'm in the same boat...
Only I'm in "comprehensive " Security screening. Since May!! This whole thing has driven me nuts too, but am hanging on. When you look back, this most painful time will seem worth it. In the end, we all are doing this for a better life; both for ourselves and our families.

So remember that and just wait. It will happen (so sayeth the guy who obsesses over this each waking moment)

The time will come. Maybe not "soon", but it will. Stay strong...
