Why? You will have no health insurance for the birth...
The costs start at a few thousand dollars, up to many hundreds of thousands if things go badly.
There are no benefits to you having a child in Canada. It will not give you any immigration status.

I'm quite sure no airline will let your wife fly if she's already in the 8th month of pregnancy without a doctor's note or some form of additional paperwork. Also, CBSA may easily put you right back on the next flight even if you do manage to arrive here - birth tourism is not encouraged.

Do you really want to risk this? Having a baby is stressful enough without adding international travel immigration hassles to the equation.

Even if your wife is allowed into the country there is no guarantee with birth tourism which is what this would be considered to be that you will be allowed in with your wife given you are not genuine tourists so worst case she could be faced with going through with the birth on her own.
