If you hot you passport request then you have to post them your passport just follow the instructions on letter
Very strange did you get email today means they working weekends too

Currently here in canada already i submitter my Pr application from Qatar during my stay. Thata sad hopefully this time is fast

Hello once again! I called a CIC today regarding my file, they told me that my documents are in London and they make a background check. ( don’t know if they start it) They also give me a contact to Londons office. Is there anyone who had contacted them? Do you think i need to write them or just keep on waiting?

Mine too in London.
It’s weird because when I talked to an agent from CIC here in Canada, he said my application is not in Canada that it is been transferred to London office and gave me their contact. When I called them they said they don’t give status of my application.

IMM 0008 Application: A completed Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since February, 2018. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Height (in CM) and eye color details . This information is required for yourself and each of your dependants. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Client Information: Please provide a copy of the biopage of your passport along with those of your dependents. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29

Well pissed off by this, more money to spend.... new police certificates £45 each, waiting about 10 days!

I received same request too on 2019/07/31 then followed by a Medical Request.
