Sponsorship Order of Process n what stage am I in?

Hello guys, recently i filed a sponsorship application (I am Canadian Citizen and sponsoring my family in india currently staying and working in USA) and following have been requested so far:

1. IRCC approved my eligibility of sponsorship
   
   
2. IRCC requested to pay bio metric fee
   
   
3. Within days IRCC requested Medical tests to be done
   

So my query is, can i assume my family will be 100% securing permanent resident?, what is the order of process?, what stage am i in? and will bio metrics be asked at a later time?

No you have one big hurdle which is proving your intent to return to Canada once they get PR. CIC usually wants a lot of proof.

In Sponsorship application itself i have mentioned i will return to Canada in October and I am working on moving to Canada in October.

My sponsorship has been approved by case processing center sydney, Because my previous application was rejected many times, is there any chances that ircc may disapprove in further process after medical as currently they asked for medical tests...
So what is the stage my current sponsorship process in?
what process is left in my current sponsorship process?
so will IRCC grant PR to family when i am still in USA? or will they ask my intent to move back to Canada proof?

You seem like you are at a very early stage of your sponsorship. Remember the target is 12 months. You will have to provide more than your word that you will move back to Canada but if you are moving back to Canada in October while your application is still being processed you should be fine. If asked for more information you can provide your new address in Canada and your new job in Canada. The huge issue is that your wife is unlikely to get approved. You lied and didn’t inform CIC that you were married when you originally applied for PR. You have previously tried to apply for sponsorship and been denied and also have been denied H&C. Why would your wife be approved this time?

Case processing centre already made decision that i am eligible for sponsorship (where as previously they have stated i am ineligible for sponsorship), that is why i am hopeful.

Yes you are eligible to sponsor your children but not your wife.

Because the way the application was filed with principal applicant as my wife and kids as dependents of principal applicant, there approval cannot be distinguished between principal applicant and kids...I think...

You being approved as a sponsor really means nothing. Means you aren’t on welfare, have a criminal record, etc. Curious as to why you filed again after all your previous refusals? It doesn’t seem like the situation has changed. Has your wife worked towards qualifying on her own which is the only solution.
