I recently applied under Express Entry and now want to apply for BOWP since my work permit expires in less than 4 months. Everytime I try to do so (by filling out questionnaire online), I end up getting a Our Online Services Are Currently Down error message.

This has been happening for the past 3 days now. Here's what I have filled out in questionnaire,
  • What would you like to do in Canada? - Work
  • How long are you planning to stay in Canada? - Temporarily - more than 6 months
  • What is your current immigration status in Canada? - Worker
  • Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? - Yes
  • Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada? - Yes
  • Do you have a written job offer? - No
Am I missing something here? Do my answers look alright.

Edit 1 - Change answer for Do you have a written job offer? from Yes to No. I don't have a LMIA.

Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada - Should be NO as your PR is still under processing and has not been approved.
Do you have a written job offer - Should be NO, as you do not have LMIA (I know this question is weird, saying yes here means that you have LMIA.)

If I were to change my answer from Yes to No for first one then I end up getting "Temporary Resident Visa" as my only option.

How about changing the second answer to NO?
