you got your PPR request or you are waiting to get from hongkong office? what was mention in the letter that you received in cic account? who written that winnipeg? could you please let us know content in the letter?

This is a typical PPR letter, which was issued by Hong Kong rather than Winnipeg. It includes instructions of the next steps, how & where to send passport and documents.

Just like 5 mins ago, Because i checked my account this morning nothing was updated. Just happened now. So i think they opened my file. May be by today or tomorrow. Update Landing interview email comes in.
