Hi, my delivery is due next month (sept2019) and we are expecting to receive the e-apr anytime in aug2019 or next month. What if the baby is born after I receive the apr? Will the baby get the temporary pr if we inform cic and submit the new born’s documents then. I got my medical done while i was pregnant and it got cleared as well. Will the new addition in family be accepted or do we apply tourist visa for the new born baby to land in Canada? Please help with suggestions.

Clarify. Do you mean that you are expecting PR approval soon? Are you in Canada?
There is no "temporary PR". If the child is born before you land as a PR, you must add him/her to the app.

Sorry my overall application due date mentioned on cic profile is 11 September 2019. I am in India and a FSW-O applicant. My delivery date is sept first week. My concern is if we receive the Copr before the delivery, what will be the procedure for adding new born applicant in my existing profile?
You will not be able to land and become a PR before your child is born. If you get PPR before the birth, inform IRCC of the impending birth. PPR will be delayed and you will need to add the child to the app.
