Can some one explain me a situation, I am going through.
I applied for the study permit on 14th-May-2019 and got the refusal on 26th-May-2019.
I resubmitted the paper based application to VFS global Islamabad Office on 1st-July-2019.
On the same day 1st-July-2019, I received three emails

Visa application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been dispatched to OC from VAC, on 2019-07-01 12:19:46 PM GMT Standard Time for processing.Please note this is an auto generated e.mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

My application was received by embassy on 04th-July-2019. After that there is no correspondence either by embassy or by VFS global. Since I submitted the paper based application, I have no mechanism to check what's going on.
My program is going to start in the first week of September.
Any body having better idea of the situation ?
