I am physicaltherapist by profession, since my husband got ICT to Canada/Ontario, I am also coming along with him on open work permit. Are there any good chances to work as a physiotherapist assistant till I get my physical therapy license in Canada to increase CRS score while we apply for PR next year.

You’ll have to look to see whether there are job postings in the city where you are moving and whether foreign trained physiotherapists are able to get the jobs easily. Most employers of physio assistants are larger institutions like hospitals.
