Incomplete Application - Human Capital Priorities Stream(ONIP)

I have received an email today from ONIP that's saying I have to submit additional documents -- a duplicate of
your ECA report

I have already sent my ECA report to them which I have received from WES, the two pages so what are they saying do they want that WES send this document to them directly?

The mail which I received saying

Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital
Priorities Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential
Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World
Education Service (WES).
In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES
to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to
complete the assessment of your application.
To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of
your ECA report at: https://applications.wes.org/createaccount/login/login. You must
also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program” is indicated as the recipient of
the report.
If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA
results with OINP, please contact WES directly.

I have already sent them a duplicate copy whereas I have left attention field blank is that fine? the duplicate report I have sent to the recipient: Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

• World Education Services, order a copy of your ECA report online and indicate the “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program” as the recipient of the report.

If you ordered the copy you can attach receipt as proof.

I have already sent them a mail about this document and attach a screenshot of my receipt whereas I am only concerned about Attention field, I have left it blank in WES whereas I recipient is Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program Only want to know is the attention field is required without it they get this report or not or do I have to send it again?
