Hey guys! I got my passport request for me and my wife and now It’s delivered on 16 of July but I still didn’t get my passport back. Does any one know what should I do ?? Is it always like that ?? Please help me out !
This is for my permanent residence application .

same here.... delivered on july 16th... no updates..... my flight is on aug 2nd.........T______T....... i called them everyday last week......T_______T requested for passport back.... no reply.....T______________T

I have flight on August 12, so what should we do now ??? I called them too but no one answered, operator says that they are busy so they can’t put through my call.
Who picked your Canada post . Mine was picked by S farely

i think you will get your passport back before aug 12....they said the processing time is about 20 business days......
yea....i called them 11 times today.........cant transfer to the rep..T_____T............

Hey I just want to ask, on the return envelope we don’t fill out our address(as mentioned in step 4) in ppr, because I remember while sending the passprt for work visa, I had to fill out the section. Please suggest
