Hi Guys,
I have got multiple promotions in my previous company but roles and responsibility remained same for all the positions....
1. in this case I kept only one row in EE profile and mentioning only about the last designation held in that company. Is it fine?
2. when i get the reference letter, is it fine to create ONLY ONE section defining the duties for the entire duration in that company, as my duties remained the same for all the designations?
3. Also, IF i keep only one section for duties, in the reference letter, do i still compulsorily need to mention about different positions/designations with dates?
Here is what i have prepared and please let me know if it looks good:
"This is to certify that Akhil Jain was working with [company name] as a full time employee from 02-May-2016 to 19-Apr-2019. He has joined as an Executive and got promoted to Manager, though his job responsibilities remained the same under both the designations.
Some of Akhil Jain’s primary roles and responsibilities were:
a.
b.
c......"
4. Do I need to mention till which date I was Executive and and from which date till which date I was Manage?
Thanks in Advance.

In my opinion you must display all positions listed separately along with start end dates, duties and pay for the each role. You have to be truthful, doesn’t matter if duties were same that won’t harm your application. Make sure even though duties are same, don’t just copy paste them. Just have them slightly reword. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for your reply..
My employer is already mentioning about both the designations and I will ask them to mention about the tenure of each designation. But for duties separately for each designation, they are refusing saying that there was no change in the work even if you got promoted. That is the reason they are mentioning in the letter that "though his job responsibilities remained the same under both the designations".
It is fine in this case?
If also mention the same in my LOE also that my job responsibilities remained the same under both the designations, would that be ok then?
Thanks a lot.

Hello, just wanted to know if your reference letter was approved with same roles and responsibilities.
