PGWP question: Would there be a problem if I only attached my official graduation letter?

Hello,

I applied for my PGWP on June 24th and I haven't heard anything back yet. I know it usually takes longer than 2 months but I can't help getting a little anxious.

In my document list, I uploaded everything CIC required. However, I didn't see it required for an official transcript. Since I didn't get my transcript yet by then I only uploaded my official graduation letter signed by my school's international student centre.

Under the section "Review of additional documents", it says "We do not need additional documents."

Will CIC ask for my transcript in the future? If not would this increase my chance of being refused for the permit?

I did the same and then submitted a web form with transcript. Still waiting for the decision though
