Let's discuss here if your medical status still reads "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam" after more than 90 days since medical examination. Together we can figure out what we can do to progress our application.

Hi ,its been 10 months and my medical are still under review...

I received additional test request in February for my child who had some delay in speech. The Panel Physician assigned us to a specialist who recommended speech therapy and normal schooling, we had the additional test and the specialist's report was transmitted same month. Since then the status still reads "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam".

So far I've ordered 2 gcms notes. I've received the first note, it only mentioned that medical is under review for my child, other family members passed. Second note is not received yet. I sent an email to Hon Ralph, he merely stated the obvious - that medical is in review for my child and that "they cannot be expedited and timelines are not available".

I'm thinking about what else to do to ensure my application progresses. The frustration from waiting endlessly with no timeline or end in sight is killing. I keep asking myself, what else could I do than wait?

I've seen people with TB furtherance clear medical same week their PP revaluated them and uploaded the new results. Why do some applicants have to wait for 7 months while someone else with similar case is passed in days?

Do you know your regional medical office? Have you tried sending them a mail? Mine is in London and they didn't respond to my email.

Yeah even mine is in London VO

So GCMS just came in. The medical officer appended M5: Inadmissible due to excessive demand on health and social services
File has been transferred to CMAU. More tortious wait.

I suggest you to take help of an immigration lawyer who expertise is in Medical inadmissability

I've not been served a fairness letter, I hope it won't come to that. They would apply Public Policy, which should overcome the excessive demand. My only concern is the time all these would take. Hopefully someone who has gone through these stages would provide useful information to this thread.
