NDVO called you for what and your file transferred to NDVO on May 2nd and after this you got phone call again for Pre arrival on May 29th , please share with us when did you apply initially.

Biometrics Req: 2nd Apr
Biometrics done: 9th Apr
Call from NDVO: 30th Apr
Email regarding file moved to NDVO: 2nd May
Pre Arrival: 29th May

So when they called me from NDVO the lady asked me few questions regarding my wedding since it was only a civil marriage and not a religious one. Then she also asked me questions as to when and where did we both first met, who introduced us, when did we began dating, whats his fav color etc.

I got a call around 11 am

Yes sure.
So my hubby went to NDVO for interview. The lady was nice and polite.
They asked all basic questions about me, address job places we visited , where we first met who made us meet, what if visa not granted, she saw all our pictures, my hubby took all the hard copies of the pictures. Then she sent him out and called me and asked me the same set of questions.
Basically they match the answers with spouse.
She kept some original pprs that my hubby took along. And then called him again in and gave him stuff back except for some pprs.

So we both replied first as...."ohh please don't say that its already been a long time since we last met...but still if thats the last stop that we don't get it may be we ll try some other country and if nothing happens we will stay together in our hometown but still we hope that doesn't happen.. and we would appeal too side by side."... That was both of ours answers.

For us my hubby had to travel to canadian embassy in delhi and for me they called on phone at 12 midnight
