They requested me proof of cohabitation, since when we applied we have just moved and barely any proof besides lease. On July 5th they sent me an email saying that they received the documents. Now it's another waiting anxiety game
When did you send your cohabitation docs? Did you send them through "case inquiry"?

What is ghost update? Sorry. I had my medicals and had the eligibilty.. i didnt get a finger print yet..

It’s like when you open your gckey account. Submission/updated messages but nothing change at all.

Mine got background check June 25, 2019.
Ghost update last July 8, 2019. Now waiting game.
February 26 applicant.

I have a consultant, she can just access it, so i just receive only emails of updates.

Does that mean good news for your procedural fairness situation? I was so upset to read your update. Such bs to deny or delay this process due to the nature of your husband's work! I really hope you get some clarity and movement soon.

Unfortunately no, it just means my husbands sponsor application was approved. We are most likely going to be pulling our application and starting over.
Since procedural can take months to come to a decision and still result in a rejection it seems to make more sense to just start over now rather then wasting more time and money arguing our case. Hopefully if they continue processing applications like they are we can still receive my PR by next Feb or March which was what we were originally prepared for. At least I have my medical done and my OWP already.
We will be making sure my husband stays home for work for the entire process lol.

I am so sorry to hear that. May I ask what was the status in Canada before applying PR?

I was on a visitor visa at time of applying as my previous work permit expired.
