Hello everyone,
I need your help
My work permit is going to expire in January 03rd 2020 and my Express Entry file has been accepted in recent draw 459.

So in this case what shall i do
Shall i go for breaching of work permit or wait for the Express Entry Result?

Please help me am in lots of tension.

You can submit an application for a Bridging open work permit. That's a safe option.

But you still got a plenty of time and can wait a bit to see how your EE goes. If you still cannot get PPR from EE in December, you can apply the BOWP.

You can check the timeline in my signature too for BOWP. That will give you some ballpark processing time.
