Hi everyone. I have applied through caring for children. End of December 2018. They received my file 25 th I'd January. They send me my biometric on 23 may still i am waiting. Is there anyone

That’s ok just give them everything they need as long as they didn’t reject your application no need to worry. They ask me to redo my history as well cause there’s a missing month now its on process again

Returned on 6th June for document missing
Resubmitted 18th June and received by IRCC on 21st June 2019
Application was in process on 10th July 2019 and received biometric request for dependent.
19th July biometric was done at home country.
Question: I called CIC to check status because I couldn’t not check on automated answer. CIC representative told me that my application is still not pass eligibility. What does it mean? Is it because of my dependent biometric or its my eligibility? I have seen some applicant who got medical request just after AOR. And CIC rep. Told me to wait for some more time as processing time is 6 months and my application just reached month before.

Did you try to contact CIC? Apply for Visa officer notes. You will get to know where your file is reached.
