Also cic have confirmed over the phone that its still in Sydney..

so your application though WAS transferred -- very evident in the notes... i suggest you contact LVO and ask for an update. agents on the phone are not immigration officers and CLEARLY do not have access to your complete file... the notes PLAIN AND CLEAR say "your application has been transferred to the visa office"...

we reached out to her MP last week, Here are the notes ( let me know if they didn't work )

your MP doesnt get any privied information... simply a direct line to the call centre so i wouldnt expect any additional information from them

Yes but there is nowhere else on the GCMS notes that show London... Literally the only two offices are the centralised visa office and the operations support centre ( Sydney and missisuaga ) Star could I send you my entire GCMS notes directly?

im no expert -- you need to contact london VO i dont think youre going to get an answer here... you have NOTHING to lose emailing them (the immigration officers) as opposed to trying to get ppl who have gone through or are going through the process...

Okay I shall try that, Two questions - how do I contact LVO if I don't have a transferred case tracking number like I've seen a lot of people have? also what is the best way to reach them webform, email ?

i dont know how to email them -- im sure you can google it and find it or follow the LVO thread here for it... and i would think email is easier... your tracking number is your application number.. i really think that you are over analyzing this and not looking at the facts.. but go ahead and email them. best of luck
