I missed keeping receipt of fees in my application what should I do now.
?
I already contacted cic through web form and attached my receipt but I am afraid that my application will get rejected.

You did the first step. the second step is you can send the receipt with a cover letter as to why you're sending it, and just don't forget to include your UCI number and the date you submitted your documents, and any information that can help to find your documents easily like birthday etc. etc. . That's what I did when I applied for my PR. I send them a web form plus send the documents that I missed.
