1. Yes.
2. If he doesn't mention previous refusal, will be banned from Canada for 5 years.
3. Yes, Canada and Australia share information

But I’ve heard they share only for terrorists and criminal cases and not otherwise for their immigration history. How can you be so sure is there any article based on this or you are saying based on imagination

Whether they share or not does not matter. He has to be honest in his application. Australian rejection has nothing to do with Canada application. If he lies on his application and they find out then 5 yrs ban.

seriously, who is telling you to take wrong step. Here people are advising you not to lie and be honest in the application. Is that a wrong step??? Please dont give wrong advices to your cousin and ruin his future. Come out of your imagination that CIC can be fooled. CIC is going to find out about it. These 2 are good developed countries and have setup good system of info sharing. Rest is your decision.

Canada and Australia share information. My “ground” is based on GCMS notes for applications my firm helped with.

Now that I’ve answered your question, you should know better than to be rude towards honest people who are giving you correct advice. You want to lie? Go right ahead. Good luck.

You heard incorrectly. We are sure because we have seen lots of people on this forum refused and banned from Canada for five years for failing to declare a previous refusal just like your cousin is planning on doing. Anyway - his life. If he wants to lie on an immigration application, that's obviously his choice. Hope he's really to live with the consequences a misrepresentation ban will have on his future travel to other countries requiring visas.

Also : https://www.nationalobserver.com/2017/05/26/news/canada-just-increased-data-sharing-international-spy-partners

Personal details about Canadian residents and visitors – but not Canadian citizens - will be automatically available to officials in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom under an expansion of the ‘Five Eyes’ spy system.

Canada will have access to documents in the immigration systems of the other four countries to automatically screen applicants for Canadian work permits, study permits, travel visas, refugee status and permanent resident status. It will give the other ‘Five Eyes’ access to all immigration and visa files held in Canada. Ottawa won’t share records of Canadian citizens.

The new rules took effect May 17, though a published explanation of the regulations says that implementation began in March, 2017 and will continue in phases. That official explanation predicts the system will speed up visa application processing and thwart immigration fraud.

Speaking in Brussels on Thursday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau broadly defended Canada’s intelligence-sharing agreements, including the ‘Five Eyes’ system that allows the five countries to share much of their intelligence information.

First of all I’m not insulting you or any in this forum i just wanted correct advice because if info is not shared why he would deliberately give that info to get into more trouble of giving other documentation which will give fore grounds to the cic to reject his visa due to another country’s refusal with same reason . Nor I’m in any imagination because people have got visas after not mentioning as well but I understand he should be honest with his application and will advice him the same

Correct advice would be to not lie on the application. If he lies on any immigration application (whatever country), he runs the risk of being caught and being punished for it. Nobody wants anyone to get a ban (if they are genuine), but you kept on asking why share and you kept being told the same answer. Of course it's your own decision whether you lie or not, but please do not say not say the advice is not useful if you choose to disregard.

You accused people of giving wrong advice. "speak on grounds not imagination". You then make a direct accusation to the person trying to help you "Because of you people get disappointed and take wrong steps"

I or any other person would consider this an insult.

1) Counties do share information. This has been proven by other members here.

2) By lying on the application, your cousin is committing misrepresentation. This has a strict 5 year ban. Your cousin can be deported at anytime. If any of us can find your cousin's name, we could be in a position to report him to IRCC.

If you want people to say that what you are doing is alright. Then I am sorry, you are not going to find such people here. Such behaviour only makes it harder for those going through the proper procedures.

If you have a rejection then declare it, you are welcome to ignore our advice if you want to proceed with misrepresentation.

Your question has already been answered. Refusals are shared. Sounds like you don't believe us. Maybe time to hire an immigration lawyer rather than wasting more time here.
