proof of citizenship UCI not received

Hi,
I am Citizen by Descent and submitted completed papers to the Canadian Embassy in London 3 (nearly 4) months ago, which were forwarded onto Nova Scotia early May.
I have read in the instructions that you should expect to receive a UCI from Processing Centre NS once they receive your application, both by post and email. I have not received this yet after 2 (nearly 3) months. Should I be concerned? I am worried that it did not arrive safely from the UK.

Did anyone else have to wait a long time to receive their UCI?

i have been waiting for exactly 2 months now for this. im also applying for proof of citizenship (for my son) from the US directly through Nova Scotia office. So if you are abroad and go through embassy, waiting 3 months doesn't seem impossible. please let me know if you have an update later on

The same is applicable to me...I submitted thru the embassy here in lagos Nigeria since April 2019 no information or email from the consular office here or from IRCC.

Same here called the local lagos consular office couple of times and he says nothing can be done except to wait till IRCC reply via email.

I received my UCI from the Procession Centre in NS yesterday. Submitted my application to the Canadian Embassy in London, UK on 13th April 2019. They sent onto NS on 1 May 2019.

Submitted 18th April from lagos Nigeria...till now no reply no messages when I called IRCC they say application not yet in the system.
