As k them for resent the email on right email or ask thme wats the instructon on the letter and just follow the instruction

Didn’t get any ghost update on account.
Just got DM on ECAS but not on gckey account

They ask me too
Proof of job nd study
I submitted those
I had submitted pre medical
So they dint pass yet czz they recievedd result later once i submitted because of fault of doctor
So they told me on 12 july that medical extension could be month or before
So be patience
Actually in the email they send 1 form name annex a , we have to fill the information and sign on it and have to send along passport. So I didn’t receive it because officer send email on wrong adress , moreover it hasn’t been updated on gckey account . That’s the problem man
Yeah bro , the agent told me you have to explain your situation in web form and ask them to resend it on new email . I alreay did this thing , but i dont know how many days it ll take again ,
It sucks man , waiting from last 18 months and still facing difficulties even applicantion has been approved.
Do exactly wat they say may be hopefully your ecas will be updated by then finger crossed atlleast u got it
