Spouse PR and OWP

Hi,
My wife applied for PR application (with PNP) in April 2019. We got married in June 2019. As of now i am a student in Canada, and my course ends in August 2019 and study permit is valid till Dec 2019. I wanted to apply for Open work permit and CIC asked my wife to first send an add-on request to add me as a spouse on her application. Can anyone please help me how to apply online for OWP after that, as i do not get this option after i fill the questionnaire.

(Also, i am not eligible for PG-OWP as my college is not in the list).

Is your wife working in Canada on a closed work permit on NOC 0, A or B?

She is working on post-graduate open work permit with NOC A

You can apply for an SOWP on the basis of that with 3 paystubs. Your OWP will expire at the same time as her PGWP.

Oh nice, i called CIC and they asked me to first update my wife's PR application, and that confused me. Thanks for your reply.

Do you also know if i can submit an online application or do i need to submit a paper application for SOWP as the questionnaire wont give me SOWP option
