How long does it take to get a study visa under SDS

Guys I am so much worried ....i applied for Online SDS visa for Canada....On 5th July Biometrics Done and Updated on 8th July Medicals Done Before Visa Application.....its almost 15 days after biometrcis i got no update......is my timeline goin right...please help...my whtsapp nmbr is 7860654832

After biometric You have to wait atleast 4 weeks

I submitted webform as well as email to cic.no get response yet.vfs recommend to contect with cic by email .vfs did there properly they never did any mistake it’s high commission’s responsibility to update biometric
