You can get the reference letter signed by any of your previous colleague instead of asking the employer. Hope you have all the other documents like payslips, offer letter, promotion letter etc. They will benefit along with tax documents.
I have the hire letter stating the pay and it says work from 15-20 hrs a week which is why I am not sure what to put. I have no payslip I do have deposits made to my account.

Then it is skeptical. I'll advise to not show this as full time but part time (E.g., say it will reduce your 1 year exp to 6 months).

I am not going to. But I am unclear how many hours to report as I do not know how many I worked. Some weeks it was 15 others 20.

Thanks!
Taking about documents, for the sibling proof, is the birth certificate (I am Indian so 10th CBSE certificate for me and my brother) enough? It has only my Dad's name. My brother is now Canadian citizen, I am thinking of providing his cancelled Indian passport's ID page as additional document as it has both parents name along with my passport copy. Would that be good or its not required and only 10th certificate will be enough? Thanks!
Valid Passport and one Utility bill is required. Your Brothers Canadian passport will have parents name.

Hi Guys, I have a question regarding personal history. I am currently filing OINP application but I think this question is valid for post ITA personal history as well.

I have a few months gap 2 years ago when I was unemployed and waiting for H1B. That did not work out and I left the country. Should this be explained in personal history as "Unemployed" or "Waiting for work authorization". Both are technically true.

Simply write unemployed. Giving concise details is preferable. Good luck

Hey guys, I was just wondering when will they make another round for "The Federal Skilled Trades" program? I'm curious because it is so unfair to take people with 332 points while there are people with 450+ waiting for the same thing and I'm afraid if they do this ever again in this year, we will never ever see anyone who gets an ITA with less than 470-475 again.

This program, the so-called federal UNskilled trades... is just destroying the balance and justice in the waiting pool. I just hope this disaster that happened on May 15, 2019, won't happen again.

Why is it unfair?

As I mentioned above, there are people waiting with 450+ scores in the pool and it takes so much to have a score like this. An outstanding education, a young age, an exceptionally high score from IELTS and so on.

What made a person with a score of 332 worthy for getting an ITA on May 15, 2019? Nothing! Furthermore, if it ever happens again this year, the cutoff score will fly to the moon and won't be less than 470-475 ever again. That makes it unfair my friend. Each draw of "UNskilled trades" means +20 points to real express entry.

I share your pain. Fst draw totally ruined it. I thought I'm on course to get ITA, then they shoved FST from behind!
