It means PPR on way as your application is being worked uponMy profile just got updated. now says "we are processing your background check"
AOR - Dec 30 2018, MEP Feb 11 2019. No updates since then. GCMS ordered on May 19 2019, not received till date.
Indian Citizen FSW-O from India
What does the update mean and any clue how much more time. those who have an idea please help with possibilities. I have an existing visit visa of Canada and was planning to travel in next month.
Look,Thank you @Pura Vida for your response. I didnt put these certifications in his personal history as well when i submitted the online application, as I thought only education degrees/diplomas are required to be informed. So now I am not really sure what to do. Also, where do we have to mention the trips in schedule A? I filled in the address details, but not sure where i am required to fill in the travel details
But its not a guarantee at this stage for PPR right? it could mean any other thing like doc request ? Also if its to PPR, how many days till next update if just went into Background check? It means PPR on way as your application is being worked upon
There was a digital survey where they sought feedback too which is worth keeping an eye out for.Congrats.
For what it's worth, IRCC sent me a request to interview me post-CoPR. I accepted it and spoke with a very nice lady for about an hour. One of the things I talked about was the lack of transparency about the status and all the ways we try to get the real status.
If you get such a request, I suggest you take them up on the offer.
I got the same thing today. "profile updated" when I logged in, but nothing changed in the text statuses. I guess we'll see what it is about soon. But its not a guarantee at this stage for PPR right? it could mean any other thing like doc request ? Thanks @Pura Vida for your response, but still have a few doubts! My husband has an extensive travel history owing to the nature of his work, and hence a detailed travel and address history were given at the time of submission via LOE. I have given the same address history for IMM 5669 and in his personal history section, I have mentioned details regarding his employment. Do you mean to say that you merged the travel and personal history and mentioned it all under the personal history section in IMM5669?Look,
1. regarding the certs it is not required to put them, you can do it but it is up to you.
2. Regarding the trips, I illustrated them in the activity, if the number of line does not fit then add an additional sheet in which you put the additional details, it is mentioned in the imm5669.
This is my personal interpretation and what I illustrated when responding to the adr. But most of the ppl I consukted during filing the response agreed.
Hi,Called IRCC, current application status - Approved
We are two applicants, primary in Canada and dependent in India. Our file was in Montreal, it was transferred to Vancouver - don't know when as I came to know about this on 17 May when we got a 'Request Letter' in our account with Primary Office mentioned as Vancouver in the header of the letter. 'Request Letter' states that dependent is suppose to submit her passport to VFS office in India, after the primary applicant gets the COPR status.
Today the agent told us, it is surprising that the primary applicant has not got any letter for landing, he said he will write to Vancouver office and we should expect a response by June 22, if we don't get it by then we can call back again. I think we are near the finishing line.
Thanks everyone for your support in this journey. I hope each one of you get your COPR soon. Don't loose hope, I feel either IRCC agents are not up to date or once the agent picks your file it is super fast - on 7 May called IRCC, agent said 'security in progress nothing else started' and he said officer only picks a file once security is over, so no changes on file yet. We got the 'Request Letter' on 17 May i.e. 10 days
Have faith friends, all the best.
Any specific tests or overall remedial ??Hi Guys, I moved to Ip2 today but got remedical request. My medicals are valid till 15-Sep 2019. Why didn't they extend my medicals? Does this suggest I passed my eligibility?
Thanks
