you are awesome!!!Thank you and to all that helped me on this one. Finally I was able to link my application and I already paid for biometrics. Where do I send the payment for biometrics to? Again Thank you so much for your help

Select Sponsorship for application Type

Put PA details and file number in applicant section

and Sponsor details in Enquirer section

And after clicking next, it will allow you to attach the receipt.

in ECAS, if you are the sponsor, use your UCI or Receipt number, last name, DOB and Country where you were born.

Finding application in GCKey could be very tricky. I could not find the application using PA's passport number so I had to use place of birth and other parameters.

Make sure you are entering details exactly as you entered them in IMM0008 form and in the last field (number of applicants) select 2.
Thank you. I will give it a try.

Hi guys,
Is it normal to see no updates what so ever in the GcKey ? ? Application status says "Submitted" and only other update is the Biometrics enrollment date.
Already received the SA approval email, no mention of any of it in GcKey.
Kind of getting worried that my application has dropped between a desk or something and collecting dust :(

SA Approval should be on ECAS, GCKey will only show PA's application status. That's my opinion.

That's pretty normal.

GCKEY Updates
  • GCKEY goes through various changes during the final stages, again, this doesn't happen for everyone, unfortunately, and you may find your application show eligibility and background checks in progress from the moment you link your account. You'll see the following towards the end of the process: https://imgur.com/XRQq3yO
  • This is the slowest part of the entire process as background and eligibility checks can take a long time to kick in. Some people get ghost updates on GCKEY as the application is worked on. This is shown when the status shows as Application/Profile Updated.
You can go through the complete Process map - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...cs-letter-still-not-here.616282/#post-7735877

Application received - may27
Aor - july 16
Biometrics request - july 18
Medical request - july 18

Can anyone please tell me what the process is after the medical and biometrics are done

@carlz1234 Let’s be positive and be patient. Hehe. I hope there’s no problem with our applications. Keep me posted on your progress.

Sure will do. My stress level is overflowing. Checking ECAS everyday but no to avail. Hope I can get update before July ends..Crossing fingers

Hello everyone
I applied for my wife(PA -India)
Application sent 28may. Might be received by 29 or 30 may
So 49 days have been gone and no AOR yet. I am bit worried but I have seen few people still waiting for AOR who have applied a week ahead of me.

Based on the google spreadsheet they are working on the applications received the 27th and 28th. Processing times are sitting around 50-55 days from receipt so you are still within the norm.

Same here. Havent received any email. No data in ECAS.. They received our application May 23.. PA from Philippines..

Your still within the normal processing times, probably by early next week. We got our AOR July 6 and then no word and could see we were falling behind others and my wife was getting discouraged on Monday Night and then all of a sudden within 12 hours we had a Bio Request, Medical Request and the Sponsorship Approval. Things are moving along quickly compared to years past.

Hopefully tomorrow or next week will see something.
