I am from India and have no ties or relatives anywhere in Canada. Never been to Canada before. IELTS preparation, Alberta application and Canada PR application were all done by myself.

No. Express Entry is a must. Provinces will check your profile there. Should any province wishes to nominate you, they will send the NOI via Express Entry profile.

Yup! You will list that/those down once you received the Alberta application for nomination form. Before you receive it, you must first satisfy Alberta and that is where the completeness of your documentation takes place.
