Regarding experience letter and salary slips

Hello everyone,

Can anyone suggest me on few questions regarding express entry profile.
I have following questions:
1. Do I need to fill in details for last 10 years of experience and also provide salary slip or salary certificate of 10 years?

2. Also details of ITR or Form 16 need to be provided for how many years while filling application for express entry

1. No, Ideally you'd want to fill the latest 3-5 years of experience in your work history along with reference letters/experience letters in the prescribed formats (must contain job duties detailing a role matching with your NOC). Fill older experiences only in the background section as it will not impact your CRS score.
2. These are not required.
