Got 0 points for Postgraduate diploma (one year) assessed by WES

Hey guys

Just created my EE profile. I was expecting around 456 score but turns out the WES assessment I had done on my Postgrad diploma was (Certificate says CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY Postgraduate diploma (one year)) was not well received by CIC.

Is there any way to contact CIC to find out why there's no score associated to this despite the WES Assessment?

Did WES say your diploma was equivalent to a Canadian qualification?

Yes WES Cert says "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY Postgraduate diploma (one year)"

My mistake - I realised I had selected "no certificate awarded" previously.

It was the level 7 postgraduate diploma in strategic management and innovation. I done it from Qualifi.
