sad news, I got NOI today but don't have bachelor degree.

Please don't get excited if you get a NOI.

I am senior developer with 3 years advance diploma, but turns out I am not qualified for the Human capital stream since I don't have a bachelor degree !

As a person already waited 1 year in the pool this is very depressed thing for me to experience ... so check your qualification before expecting a NOI....

They know everything and sent you NOI. Read the instructions carefully. Maybe you are eligible with your diploma.

With 459 you are due to get direct EE invite , may be as soon as next draw. All the Best.

Nope, I called them they said , “well it’s not negotiable, 3 years is not equal to 4 years.”

I don’t even know why then send me the Lettwr ...

I felt so bad that they reject me just because I didn’t take 1 more year in school, if that’s the case why bother send me the invite ??

And my working experience is weird aswell, I just want the 600 for back up
