Sorry, I didn't get the notification of your message otherwise i will reply to you.
I didn't get any feedback from my agent till now, I'm 23 weeks waiting since the submission day.

Today new Update on the website for processing time:

From UAE 21 weeks processing time.
From Qatar 23 weeks processing time.

actually, I don't know if they call any other person from Qatar here in VFS for the update.
what about you did you receive any news??
whats your agent say about this long waiting ???

No any update yet though my application is 21 weeks as well,
My agent informed me all wp applications decision are pending those who apply from middle east in jan-2019
we are not only waiting for results , but there are large queue in UAE, KSA,oman also waiting for their decisions , I read in different forums
your agent should send web-form, if your application exceed the normal processing time.

thank you for your kind reply, i will notify my agent because last time i remember it becomes 7 weeks processing time for Qatar then I inform my agent and he sends a web-form to immigration and they reply to him that my apps still on Abu Dhabi.
then he informed don't contact till i contact you because of my many inquiries.
so i think if told him again that on the website it shows that 23 weeks processing time he will send the same web-form and he will receive the same answer as you know about the large queue.

I just received an update from my agent saying that:

"processing time for applications in Qatar is at this time at 23 weeks. We are hoping to receive some updates on your application by 1st week of August 2019. Also, note that most applications for Qatari residents are also processed in the UAE and processing time in that country is at 27 weeks at this time. Anyway, we will just have to wait for instructions from the Canadian visa office. I will keep you posted."

I read one post , People are getting approved work permit from Saudi Arabia those who apply in 2019. , as far as only UAE is keep pending decisions and increase timeline, though we apply from Qatar but decision office in Abu Dhabi,UAE

If reduce timeline it means previous applications has processed and decision has been made out.
Candidates passed the processing time will nearly get decision soon.

hope that everyone gets a decision early this month or at the beginning of August.

I have one of my friends that he still waiting for more than 10 months in total & after making the interview he's waiting for more than two months

Dear ximense,

No he applied from Muscat, Oman on 3rd Feb-2019. Visa responsible office is Abu Dhabi, UAE
He did not give any interview but only medical because his Noc is 4212 (Developmental Service Worker).

lets hope for the best and keep in touch....!
