hi, i am from india (punjab), my spouse open work permit two time refused, ,what i can now?

hi,
my open work permit application have two times refused.
first time i applied my application 5 March 2019 and i was reffed on dated 23 march 2019.

first time in refused letter in the following grounds:
. i am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

2nd time i submited my new spouse open work permit apllication on dated March,5/2019, in May 17, 2019 i receive interview letter nd interview on dated july 09,2019 at New Delhi, High Commission of Canada. in my interview officer use very bad behavior. nd July 10,2019 i get 2nd time refusal letter.

in following grounds:

.i am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the and of your stay, as 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

. i am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the and of your stay, as 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.





CAN I WRITE EMAIL FOR MY CASE TO HIGH COMMISSION CANAD FOR PURPOSE OF APPEAL?

Nope, you can’t. IRCC deals with TRVs and work permits. There is no appeal, but you can file for a judicial review in Canada. If the visa officers refusal is valid in law, you’ll loose. If you win, a different visa officer will look at it.
Keep in mind, open work permits for foreign nationals is not a right. They can refuse you for any reasonable cause.
