I have a question when does VFS updates info. Is it in real time or a delayed one.

Hello Everyone,

I had applied for my daughter's (New Born) TRV on 25th June from India. I still haven't received biometrics collection request. me and my wife have work permits that are valid till sept 2020.
Do they usually take this long for biometric request? Or do i have to do biometrics earlier?
CIC website shows 12 days as processing time!!
Any comments??

Biometric is not required for new born. There is some age limit, which I forgot. Please Google

My parents applied for visit visa from Pakistan on May 13, and their bio-metrics was done on May 22. Its 60 days now , and they have received no reply since then.

Thnaks for the reply. From May 22 its 51 days, and if you take out 7 Eid holidays, its now 44 days.

Reapply: TRV Online from Lebanon
JUNE 17 : Submission confirmation
JUNE 29 :We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements . We are processing you background check.
On the RCIC the processing time from Lebanon for TRV is 20 days while when contacting them by phone on +1 613 944 4000 the processing time is 50 days for the online applications. Stating that applications that have been submitted online after 10 May 2019 have not started yet.
I,M CONFUSED !!!!
What to do? Shall I send a webform attaching a more detailed cover letter or just wait?
