Hello Guys Please advice:

I received letter form CPC-M today saying I can apply for sponsorship with MIDI Quebec. But my Parents name is not complete on the letter, its missing their surname.

Any suggestions?

fix your family name issue as you can not see online in Ecas and Email Letter you received that need to attached with MIDI application. to avoid extra delay between MIDI and IRCC family name issue fix it before going to MIDI.
CSQ will issue without surname that will cause extra delay .
send inquiry via Web form to fix issue.
@leon21cn just applied CSQ. keep in touch with him to get update on CSQ process and info

Is your Ecase stats is "Appl received May 11" because your Application received in Ottawa Date is May 9. please check

My application was received on May 9 and ECAS has always showed received on May 9. My ECAS became available on May 11, crazy intern theory , and that's why the tracker says May 11.

Yes, only Canadian address on all forms.
