Hi, if I was a bondsperson and I bill out someone from the immigration holder centre and he disappeared and I put $10k as performance if he didn’t show up to them now when they gonna ask me to pay this amount

If you are doing a deposit, you will already have paid the money, they just won't give it back. If you're giving a performance bond, then the CBSA will come after you for the money. It may take them a few months to send you the letter asking you to pay, but it will be pretty soon.

I know but it’s will take time or just they gonna ask me this week because the person he just disappeared today

I don't think anyone can tell you that for sure. Legally they can ask you the minute you failed the performance bond. Practically speaking, they'll ask you once they find out, which will probably be at the next hearing. They may check before that as well. Impossible to say.

I went the hearing and he’s released but they called them for removal and he disappeared from my house that’s why I promised to pay $10k if he didn’t show up the think that I want to know now they will call me and ask me where’s the person and I’ll tell them the truth but now the $10k has due date ? Or how long they will take to send me letter to make the payment because I don’t have the $10k now ? My question is it’s will take couple months or weeks ??
