As nobody here will help you to get to Canada illegally, the best we can do is to point you to the IRCC’s immigration website.

Maybe try to save some money for your application, as even if you don't use an immigration lawyer you'll still need to pay a number of fees (language tests, proof of education, police certificates, proof you can support your family financially and IRCC application fees for instance...). Sorry.
