We are 12th December AOR, British Born citizens and we have heard nothing from London visa office. It is really demoralising and frustrating. It seems like there is no pattern and all down to luck. Hope the remaining December applicants hear soon.

I know it is indeed. This entire system is shame. There are a lot of people from Oct and Nov 2018 AOR which are still waiting for their PR. This system is flawed to the base. Dont know how are people from Jan 2019 onwards getting PR when previous files are not attended to.

Completely agree. It seems rather unfair. Waiting more than 6 months is ridiculous and the fact that they

Finally, it's PPR for me guys...
AOR - December 22th
Visa office - Ottawa
FSW-O
I called IRCC a week ago, only criminality was cleared since February. They also told me that my eligibility and security checks had not been initiated and timelines were not available. I also wrote to Ralph's office but got the same answer. So I prepared myself for a hell of a wait...
But this morning it came right to my E-mail box. No ghost updates, nothing at all...
I want to thank all of you for a precious support.
I know how desperate are some of you, I've been in the same boat for a long 7 month. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Undoubtedly, they are working hard on our files...
Hold on, it's coming!

I've heard about "Ralph's office" all around the forums. What's the actual scoop on this? Who is Ralph and what can he help with exactly?
What he really can is enquire IRCC and give you an information on status of your file. Like general information... Visa office, eligibility, security, criminality status (if available). It is faster than getting GCMS. But I don't think he can force them to hurry up with your file or something like that. However, in my case, PPR came 3 days after my enquiry to Ralph. But it may be just a coincidence...

Congratulations!
Hope the London Visa office make some progress like Ottowa.

Can we request Ralph office to look into our application?? I am resident and applicant from India
You can, for sure. I am also not in Canada.

Ok can you please share how to reach them from India?
You could just write them on the following E-mail:goodale@sasktel.net. They need your file number, your name and your AOR date.
