I am new to this thread. As i read some posts here, found that in case of OINP, we need to wait for NOI from OINP and we can only recreate the profiles if the profile is too old. Is it correct?
And if there is no job offer, is there any chance to get NOI from OINP? I am sitting at a score of 449 from last 5 months.

1. Yes, correct.
2. Yes you can get NOI without a job offer
Best wishes

Is it true that Ontario picks up the latest EE profile to select for PNP draws?
My profile was created in January 2019. Should I withdraw and create new one?

They select profiles from the draw date to last one year. For example, if they conduct draw today, they'll select the date range from July 10, 2019 to July 10, 2018.

No need to withdraw your profile, keep it as it is.

Yes you must maintain the minimum balance in your account at all times , they can ask you for the ADR anytime , specially if you're outland.

I understand what you are saying but my question was that if i am getting 600 for PNP . Do i have to show the pof again when i get my ita or its that they assume i already have enough which i showed getting in Pnp nomination.

So when you're filing the paper based PR , you don't need to attach proof of funds , but you should have the money readily available to show when they ask for it as ADR . its one of the conditions for PNP stream (except CEC) which requires you to have minimum 12669$ for a single applicant . you don't need it if you have a positive LMIA (JOB OFFER).
