Dependents missed the landing visa expiry date

Hi All,

Myself and my dependents got the Express entry application approved and i successfully made the landing in Canada. But my dependents couldn't travel due to unavoidable personal reasons. Eventually they missed the visa expiry date.
They are now ready to travel and hence I would like to know my options to get them to Canada. Pls let me know your suggestions.

You will have to sponsor them again through a Family Class sponsorship. You can't get a new visa - that one is gone.

IRCC will not extend or reissue either the COPR documents or the IM-1 visa.

You'll need to sponsor them for PR. This process will take approximately 12 months. You'll need to be living in Canada at the time you submit the application and continue living in Canada while the application is processed.

They can try applying for TRVs (tourist visas) to come to Canada earlier as visitors. The chances of approval are likely on the low side however.

It's unfortunate they missed their landing.
