What's your Visa office

Hello everyone,

I've been a quiet reader, but have seen a lot of good information in here, which helped me going through my process. (some nasty one as well, but let's focus on the good ones...).
Today I received my PPR.

My time line is:
CEC Inland
AOR : 14th May
ADR: 2nd July
MED: 3rd July
Submitted Additional Documents : 3rd July
PPR email: 9th July

I never got to see my Eligibility as passed, and my Background check is in "We are processing your background check". The funny thing is that I was anxious about getting the notification of having my Eligibility passed and end up receiving the PPR. I'll be sending them my documents by the end of the week and hopefully will get all this sorted out very soon.

Cheers.

Many many congratulations!
I have a question regarding additional document. They have asked for a better scanned version of my daughter’s passport. There was a specific placeholder where it was requested to upload the file. I have uploaded it already. Do you receive a confirmation email form them saying they have received it? I have looked into the “documents section” and it is showing the one I have uploaded.
Many thanks
I didn't get a confirmation email. But the item Review of additional documents changed to We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

Hello all!
We discussed this over and over in various groups, but let me reiterate again.
A lot of the stages (IP2, ghost update) etc are just guess work by crowd sourced data. Someone said that Schedule A is a sign on PPR. I received a schedule A request even before Medicals were passed. No that doesn't hold true.

One of the post mentions the that Eligibility happens before everything else. We've seen data points of people waiting for eligibility to clear along with security while criminality is also passed.

Discuss as much as you want here, but remember, the only update is what you see in your application and GCMS notes.

Please help!

I am an FSW-inland applicant. I had a valid biometrics (taken 2 years ago for my study permit, and it is already updated in my info section). However, today I received a letter from IRCC asking that I have to give biometrics. Since I am in Canada, I have to leave the country in order to give biometrics.

Can anyone help me how to solve this? Does this occur to anyone before?

Thanks in advance!

According to the link below. You do not have to leave Canada to submit your biometrics. There are Biometric locations inside Canada. Google search to find them out.

Did it change to 'We are reviewing the additional documents you provided" straight after uploading or after the deadline of 7 days were passed? Ours is still showing "We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details." although we have uploaded it already but there is still 4 days left. Also, on the status ( on the first page you see after logging on) it is showing 'Your action is required". I am thinking they will review it after the 7 days deadline has passed.

It wasn’t straight away, probably a day or 2 after submission. They definitely did not wait for the 7 days since my PPR came 7 days later. I do remember changing to Not Applicable earlier than PPR, probably on the 8th or 7th...
