Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] QUESTION

Hello everyone,
I am a bit confused about the Additional Family Information forms.

I am the Sponsor (In Canada)
My wife - Principal Applicant (Outside of Canada)

It says "The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) must complete their own copy of this form. Complete all names in English and in your native language.

we both speak English and native language. Does that mean my wife (Principal Applicant) will fill this form from her side of the family in English and in the native language?

AS WELL AS

I the (Sponsor - In Canada) will also have to fill this out from my side of the family in English and in the native language.

I am confused about this if someone can guide me.

Only the Principle applicant and dependants (spouse/children who is applying as a dependent of the PA) are required to fill the form.
The form is filled in English only, except for the names. If your native language has different alphabets (in which your names are documented) then the names will be written in both English and your language.

Okay thank you! so we only need it for just my spouse(Principal Applicant) she does not have any dependents or children that was coming with her.
