Forgot to upload LMIA document

Dear All,

I need an urgent guidance on the below.

I submitted my application under CEC on August 28, 2018, and now realized that my agent forgot to upload the LMIA copy. However he has sent it via webforum last Friday.

Does anyone know how to would it take to get reply back from the immigration? Please reply ASAP.

Do those things:
1. Call CIC centre, just to make sure that they receive it
2. Contact your MP, explain the situation and ask for help. They have their own channel talking with the IRCC
3. Order GMCS notes to find out what happened with your application, it would take approximately 40 days to come
4. Pray to Gods, Buddha... depends on your religions

I really wish you the best luck and you should ditch your agent. Such a intolerant mistake!!!!

That is fine. Normally, You have to enter LMIA number in your express entry. It's better to attach LMIA document with job offer but IRCC has also mentioned that its not compulsion. But sometime visa officer likes to see all documents in your application. Document sent via web form , CIC will officially accept it and forward to respective office , so relax !!
